ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order on the MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS website, your order will be considered an offer to My PERSONALIZED GIFTS. FroKases reserves the right to refuse your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

- MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS expressly reserves the right to revise or discontinue, at any time, the availability of any of its products

- if the products are incorrectly described or priced on the website.

If your order is canceled or refused, you will receive an email confirming this. In addition, if your order is refused or canceled after payment, MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS will refund the full amount paid. Please note that all sales of discounted items are final.

The third-party payment service provider must approve any purchase made with a credit card.


RESALE

You agree not to resell any products purchased under this agreement, or transfer your rights hereunder, without the prior written consent of MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS.


DISPATCH

MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS will deliver your order according to the delivery method proposed to the customer and chosen by him. The expected arrival date of your order should be considered a mere estimate, and MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS will not be liable for damages attributable to delays in delivery.

Shipping costs will be displayed when purchasing products on this site. You are responsible for all federal and provincial taxes associated with shipping and you agree to comply with all Canadian export laws that apply to products purchased or received under this agreement.

MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS uses the services of a third-party shipping service provider to ship its products. Therefore, MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS will not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect damage, or expense attributable to shipping. Title and risk of loss will pass to you when the product you purchased is transferred to the third-party shipping service provider.

RETURN POLICY

If any of our products are not meeting your expectations, we would like to know. Please send an email directly to hello@my-personalized-gifts.ca, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within ten days of the purchase date. Please note that refunds will only be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.


DISCLAIMER

MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS, for all stages of access to the site, from the ordering process to the dispatch of the package or subsequent services, only an obligation of means. MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the province of Quebec.

This Agreement and the Privacy Shield Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and there is no other agreement or representation, oral or written, regarding the subject matter covered herein.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Agreement, but this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
