Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery a flat delivery rate. We do occasionally have free shipping offers!
We currently ship to Canada only.
We always use the carrier that can deliver your order to you the fastest! We currently ship shipments using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and Fedex, depending on your shipping address.
We are working hard to get your order to you quickly. Your Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days and delivered within 4-5 days.
When your order is processed, a tracking number is assigned by the carrier and you receive an email containing information for tracking your package.
If your order indicates that the package has been delivered, and you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly.
Error on order
If your order is incorrect, damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately via the Contact form. We will determine what happened and find the best way to rectify the situation for you. As simple as that!
Cancellation and Returns
You have every right to change your mind! you can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. The refund will be made via the same means of payment used to place the order.
Note that if your order has already been dispatched, or shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to cancel it.
Given the current global health situation, we do not accept returns of orders, whether for personalized products or not.
