In 2020, I lost my job during Covid. After much hesitation, doubt, and trial and error, I decided to fully pursue my entrepreneurial dream and founded MY PERSONALIZED GIFTS in 2024.

Today, I am the only employee, and I am proud of it. Why am I proud? If someone has a problem with their order, I deal with it personally. If someone has comments, I can take them into account personally. A specific request? I do everything I can to respond to it within the limits of my capabilities.

I was hesitant to tell potential customers that I wasn't a big company, but it's important to be transparent with everyone who places their trust in me.
